The larger the organisation, the more crucial it is that the dynamics of self-organisation are properly understood, especially at times of significant social and environmental changes. I can help you to understand the key concepts of complexity theory, how it relates specifically to your own contexts, and how its lessons can help you to overcome outdated, ineffective, or tension-creating mechanisms and cultures.
